The New Britain Rock Cats played their final home game ever in New Britain Stadium on Sunday. The team will move to Hartford next season and become the Yard Goats. The Rock Cats closed down the stadium in dramatic fashion as prospect Jordan Patterson launched a two-run home run in the bottom of the 15th inning to give New Britain a 7-5 win. The Rock Cats will play one more week on the road before moving to their new home.
